I wasted half my life in a relationship that was doomed from the start. Yeah I know. But I'm telling you so you won't waste your time, energy or love on someone who just doesn't deserve it.
If you are even contemplating trying to "save" your relationship and the other person clearly isn't interested:
DUMP HIM/HER NOW!!!!
and save yourself!
